OsamaNet works to make its website and customer portal accessible to people with disabilities and usable with keyboard, screen reader, zoom, and assistive technologies.

Standards and scope

OsamaNet targets Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the practical design and engineering baseline for the public website, legal pages, account flows, and customer portal.

Implemented adjustments

Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, buttons, and links.
Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, account actions, and legal pages.
Visible focus states, responsive text, sufficient contrast targets, and browser zoom support.
Alternative text for meaningful images and accessible labels for icon buttons where needed.
English, Hebrew, and Arabic support, including right-to-left layouts.

Known limitations and contact

Some third-party screens, including Google authentication, are operated by the third-party provider and are outside OsamaNet control. If a specific accessibility problem is found, OsamaNet will review it and provide a practical alternative path where possible while the issue is corrected.

For accessibility feedback, include the page address, the action you tried to complete, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and contact details for follow-up.
